Supplier registration is required to access the Triumph Group Supplier Portal. When you access the Triumph Group Supplier Portal and you identify yourself via registration with Triumph Group, our web server automatically recognizes the company information previously collected to access this site.
Triumph Group requests a limited amount of identifiable information from you in order to complete this registration. Examples of personal identifiable information include access users name, company e-mail addresses, company mailing addresses, etc. We do not treat Supplier Portal access information or your general interaction with the Triumph Group Supplier Portal (e.g., submission of suggestions) as confidential.
Triumph Group is committed to keeping any information you share with us completely private. Under no circumstances will any of the information you submit through the Triumph Group Supplier Portal be sold to, nor shared with, any person or company outside Triumph Group and our authorized Representatives. The Supplier Performance data is solely for the use of The Triumph Group, it's Business Units and Suppliers. It is considered Triumph Group proprietary and shall not be shared outside of The Triumph Group or it's Business Units. Access to Supplier Performance data is available to each Supplier. Performance data is exclusive of each Supplier. Suppliers are not capable of accessing another Supplier's performance data.
This Agreement
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusive of Pennsylvania's choice of law rules; constitutes the entire Agreement, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications between the parties; may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorized representative of Triumph Group. User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between the user and Triumph Group as a result of this Agreement or use of this web site. User agrees not to hold him or herself out as a representative, agent or employee of Triumph Group and Triumph Group shall not be liable for any representation, act or omission of the user.
